Children and teens across Las Vegas are navigating profound loss and trauma — the death of a parent or caregiver, family separation, exposure to violence, abuse or neglect, housing instability, and serious illness — often without access to consistent, trauma-informed mental health support. Left unaddressed, these experiences disrupt emotional development, school engagement, and long-term well-being.
Las Vegas currently lacks a dedicated, clinically grounded healing campus built specifically for children and teens.

Our Solution: Peace Oasis Healing Center, developed in partnership with Better Boys Corporation, will provide a safe, shaded, nature-connected container campus combining trauma-informed clinical counseling, structured healing classes, youth homeless housing, and restorative mind-body and creative arts programming for children ages 5–18.

Core program components include:
• Individual, group, and family counseling using trauma-informed and grief-focused modalities (TF-CBT, play therapy, EMDR)
• Mind-body practices including yoga, breathing exercises, and meditation
• Creative and expressive therapies: art, music, journaling, and reflective film sessions
• Academic and digital support to keep healing from disrupting school progress
• Mentorship and family engagement, anchored by Better Boys Corporation’s established trust within the community
